How to get certificat over watching your training
Good video ! Quick & Consice ! Thanks.
The popups in your video are very annoying. Otherwise, a good video.
“A picture is worth a thousand words…”. Unfortunately, i cannot see your slides at all. But hey, you look great. But nice of you to try to share your kbowledge. Can you revamp this to show your slides, where you are a PIP where necessary for continuity? That would really knock it out of the park.
how to recover refrigerant in the hose that connect to the recovery machine and the recovery tank? thanks
I'll never understand an open top vent. When they installed my furnace exhaust water came down the pipe and into my closet space and started rotting out the floor before I put a 90 on it..Maybe they forgot the 90? Either way I don't want water coming into my tankless even if it does have a condensate line.
Can you reuse the refrigerant for R404a?
With my home system With my heat pump with comes it on for heat the auxiliary heat always comes on and stay on cause a high electric bill . Please let me know what is the problem. So I can fix it for my customer.
I have this and it vibrates so loudly
Several of mine are locked out and can not be accessed. Ecobee says there is no way to reset them. Going to have to find another solution as these are just a waste of time and money.
If you replace every part that could go bad you'll be putting a new furnace in at every call !
Why did you decide to combine R-32 with R-1234yf? With all the negative around the R-1234yf.

Isn't it a good idea to vacuum test for leak all of the interconnections before proceeding?
How far can I go if recovery is made on the high side with AC running? Will it drain the system's oil altogether? That is in the absence of a recovery machine. I supposed as far as the clutch is engaged for it will automatically quit once the refrigerant pressure has reached a certain level.
But how do u operate it?
My heat wont come on
Product link not working
Missed the entire first power point because the cameraman was glued to the presenter. We don't have to see him just hear him explain the power point presentations. Probably great tech but does not know anything about video presentation.
Can this tank or canister be cleaned with CLR or white vinegar to get rid of mineral built up ?
So Chlorine used in industry and used in cleaning products is not causing ozone depletion? I find it hard to believe banning R12 and R22 as a refrigerant alone is the reason the ozone has closed. R22 and R12 were the best refrigerants IMO. If manufactures would build solid components that didn't leak, there would not be an issue. Driving all of this is $$$ profit for manufactures.
2c (ymmv). refrigerants don't have free (reactive) chlorine and will persist in the environment in a gaseous form. The chlorine in bleach etc. will react and form a liquid or solid that will not reach the ozone layer. e.g. table salt has chlorine but is not an ozone concern. Corporations will seek to profit from the regulatory environment whenever possible to recoup losses from the regulatory environment.
👍
best break down I ever seen or heard. the big picture down to mico picture. darn good.
If you can smell the substance they are smoking you can get the virus they have
Hey I'm setting up this on a 1.5 ton heat pump set up, Goodman condensing unit. Can't get fan to work on Air Handler but heat pump comes on in heating & cooling. Did the equipment test & it all works except fan.
Wow ma'am Very nice best clamp meter ac dc
Excellent Video! Eric, i will see you @ ESCO Conference next week. Is it possible to get the slides for this video from you on a memory stick or be able to transfer? Reason I'm asking is that the positioning of the inverted recovery cylinder obscures the right side of your projection screen, blocking the visuals 😢. Thanks, Brian
I appreciate the information, but these thermostats and those who manufacture them are trash - I’ve never seen such a garbage product. This costs us a lot of money, it’s ridiculous.
I have to put new batteries in every 2 weeks. POS!
If you have to leave doors open in order to get a good single then your router is complete shit
What does "fan circ" feature accomplish on the Model 8465 in the winter heat mode?
Not knowing anything about HVAC I am totally lost. I have heard mention of the neg. feedback, but it really did not make any sense, well kind of. My AC/furnace was shut down a few years ago. Every year they came out and replaced 2 to 4 lbs of freon and the cap and the control switch, first year $300 second year $400 Third year I replaced the cap and control switch They put the freon on in and it was $500 And the next year I bought window units. But when the temp hit a high of 14% I tried to start up the heat. Cleaned the filters and attempted to clean the ignitor and heat sensor. But broke it and got a new one and got it installed. Still no heat. I cleaned the jets and that was a pain. All it does is run long enough to glow red then shut off if you look close for a brief moment you will see the ignitor have a blue flame around it. Looks more like the old type pilot light being lit. But it soon shuts off and it restarts again. Not sure what to do.
Keep it up guys... This is very educative
You can absolutely plug the 750 into the wall. 120V is supported.
Canister did not even last 1 season. It barely lasted 4 months in Toronto. That’s disappointing.
Good set for starters

Is the foward/reverse on the 3 phase rotation function clockwise= foward and reverse= counter clockwise?
Where can i buy dl599
I realize the PVC exhaust pipe running back to the furnace needs to be sloped, but in a horizontal install, should the CVENT be perfectly level/perpendicular with the exterior wall? In other words, would only the pipe from the CVENT back to the furnace have the 1/4" per foot slope, or does the entire assembly, including the CVENT, need to maintain the slope?
What is loop mode?
How do I reset it?
How do you set the dip switches on the bypass humidifier, they seem to be covered by some brown plastic on your unit, I also see the brown plastic cover on my new unit
. Flame is out of control.
My T-701 won't get up to the desired set point. Example 78 set point. 66 room temperature. What's wrong????!
My Pro thermostat absolutely suck!
I really wish you went into threshold!!!!
Man, just what I was looking for! I never had an issue before today, and your video was perfect! Thank you! Factory reset was the step I was missing!
I am adding this comment to see if anyone has comments about what I am doing with one of these twinning units. I used one of these to stage the two furnaces based on first and second call from thermostat. I understand that we can not let only one fan run due to the back flow problem through the furnace that is not running. What I did was add a relay that is energized by the first stage call (W1). The contacts on that relay close the fan input to the twinning unit (G). When the first stage call comes only one furnace gets the W1 command, but both get the fan (G) command. Both fans run while the first unit is lighting off. If a second (W2) comes in then the second furnace lights off. Both fans are still running from the W1 command. On my application there is an alternating relay and some fan current monitoring, but I don’t what to explain all that here.
